I've done it. I have started my writing blog, finally. I'm not very good at keeping up with my blogs but this one is more important than any of the rest. This one will be a reflection of my soul, detailing my trials and triumphs related to writing. Today I don't have enough time to write a good first post as I have a story to complete for a deadline I most definitely will not be making. Deadlines are scary, but exciting and sometimes limiting. I really had wanted to write a novel-the characters sure were yelling at me loud enough to do so- but I came into possession of the opportunity late in the game. Time won't allow for me to get that involved. A short story is the best I can hope for, at least for now. Hoping I can pull this off.
